organizations from their inception. As an established entrepreneur in the software industry, Bertrand founded ServicePilot Technologies. Bertrand brings more than
20 years experience in the computer industry, spanning from software development, to marketing and business development assignments. Bertrand gathered significant
understanding of how management software can be developed and deployed to maximize customer returns in terms of business benefit.
As President and Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Bertrand is responsible for leading the vision and technology innovation, as well as managing the day-to-day
operations of the company.
Previously, Bertrand founded Telecoms Data Systems (TDS) in 1990 to provide a unique and cost-effective system management software for IBM S/390 market.
In 1999, Avesta Technologies Inc. acquired TDS to add TDS’s mainframe software to its products’ portfolio. Bertrand served at Avesta Technologies
Inc. as Vice
President of S/390 Solutions. Based in New York City, he was responsible for the technical integration of TDS offer within the existing Avesta’s suite and future
product development, marketing and sales.
He started his career as a networking expert and consultant at Crédit Agricole, one of the largest financial corporations in France.
Alain Balut
Vice President of Business Development, EMEA
Alain Balut leads EMEA business development and sales for ServicePilot Technologies. In this role, Alain guides the company’s relationships with channel partners and oversees selling activities.
Along with expanding ServicePilot Technologies’ presence in Europe, Alain's responsibilities include forging key partnerships and alliances in the region.
Alain brings more than 20 years experience in the computer and network industry as a sales and business development leader and has extensive knowledge of the European market.
Before joigning ServicePilot Technologies in 2003, Alain held various global sales positions with
SAT, Sagem and Pirelli Cables.
Alain is a graduate of EFREI, a French engineering school.
Mary E. Hegyi
US Sales Director
Mary E. Hegyi is responsible for the expansion of ServicePilot Inc Global 2000 customer base in the Americas.
Mary E. Hegyi brings more than 15 years’ experience in the software industry as a sales and business development leader with international outlook and background. Prior to ServicePilot Technologies,
Mary served as Director of North American Operations for William Data Systems, LLC, a UK-based company operating in the enterprise systems software area. Mary’s technology knowledge also includes
Business Service Management acquired with Managed Objects. Prior to that, Mary served Strategic Alliances for Managed Objects, Latin America Operation for Sterling
Software, and International Sales at Landmark Systems Corporation.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco and has done graduate study at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and the University of Texas at Dallas.
Marie-France Ligeret
Vice President of Marketing
Marie-France Ligeret, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for the design and execution
of ServicePilot Technologies' corporate marketing strategies to further increase the market penetration and awareness of the company. Marie-France brings 25 years of experience in international marketing and corporate communications in the computer industry.
Previously, Marie-France served as Director of Corporate Marketing & Communication at Groupe Bull, where she oversaw the company's go-to-market strategy and offer consistency, and led corporate programs. Prior to that, her positions at Bull included Director for the worldwide strategy and marketing of Open Systems communication products, and Director of the company's Datawarehousing Business Unit.
Marie-France holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics from Paris University of Sciences.
