Careers - Sales Representative - France

Position Description:

ServicePilot Technologies is seeking a hunter with exceptional Service Management software selling skills to join our French Sales team and to be responsible for achieving quota and customer satisfaction in dedicated accounts and/or territories in France.

Responsibilities:

  • Attainment of quarterly and annual new business sales targets
  • Development of substantial revenue pipeline that will form a basis for revenue attainment. This will include corporate end-user accounts spanning all verticals
  • Management of existing accounts to maximise sales revenue
  • Problem solving with key customers ensuring a satisfactory resolution is achieved
  • Development and execution of a professional product presentation to new and existing customers
  • Preparation of sales proposals and quotations
  • Working closely with other team members
  • Completing weekly and monthly management reporting

Experience Required:

  • Successful candidates will be professional/courteous, IT/Service Management literate, executive-level business people with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Able to translate leading edge technology into business benefit. Experienced to selling to CIO, CTO level
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction, well-developed communication skills, able to build credibility and communicate with clients
  • Hunter rather than farmer, able to generate new business via existing individual contacts and other creative means including cold calling when required
  • Service Management experience – working in the enterprise service management marketplace – CA Unicenter, BMC Patrol, IBM Tivoli, HP Openview, ...
  • ITIL or service availability qualifications; knowledge of service-orientated business processes and methodology would be appreciated
  • Self-starter, motivated and able to work effectively in what is a small team environment
  • Experience of working with third party resellers and system integrators
  • Five+ years high level experience selling Service Management software solutions to Enterprises and/or Telcos.
  • Several years working in multi-national companies would be appreciated
  • Proficiency in French is expected. English would be an added advantage.
