ServicePilot Technologies offers world-class certification program to ensure validation of the technical and support competencies and expertise needed to plan, deploy and support ServicePilot solutions.

Designed for ServicePilot Technologies Business Partners, ServicePilot Certification Program teaches the skills and methodologies for understanding and gathering customer requirements. The program also offers strategies with regards to implementing and deploying ServicePilot Solutions.

ServicePilot Certification Program Courses

ServicePilot Certification Program includes 5 mandatory modules:

  • ServicePilot Administration (3-day training)
  • ServicePilot for Large Networks (2-day training)
  • ServicePilot for Servers (2-day training)
  • ServicePilot for VoIP services (2-day training)
  • ServicePilot for Applications (2-day training)

This certification results from successfully passing a multiple-choice test which examines the knowledge gained in the required courses. A passing score (70% or higher) on the final ServicePilot Certification Exam must be achieved to receive certification.

ServicePilot Certification Program Requirements

  • Must be employed by a current, valid ServicePilot Technologies Business Partner,

  • Complete required product training (shown above),

  • Complete and pass the ServicePilot Certification Exam,

  • Maintain certification through ongoing training.

Certification remains in effect while the consultant is an employee of the ServicePilot Technologies Business Partner. If the consultant leaves the employment of one ServicePilot Technologies Business Partner and is employed by another valid ServicePilot Technologies Business Partner, certification may be transferred and reinstated at ServicePilot Technologies' discretion.
