Orange, under the brand Orange Business Services, is one of the world leaders in providing telecommunication services to multinational companies. Using ServicePilot ISM instead of their previous Prognosis tool, Orange technical experts, based in Lannion – France, easily handle level 2 & 3 support of their Cisco IP telephony customers (35 000 IP phones). ServicePilot ISM diagnostic capabilities enable Orange experts to detect, localize, analyze and solve incidents as soon as possible to shorten service disruptions. Thanks to the powerful reporting system of ServicePilot ISM, Orange provides its customers with a customized and comprehensive reporting on IP telephony service availability and performance.

Hub télécom, part of the Aéroports de Paris group, provides the 1350 businesses operating at Roissy CDG and Orly airports with telecom services and extends its domestic and international presence. Thanks to ServicePilot ISM, Hub télécom monitors its complex and heterogeneous network infrastructure (1500 + devices, such as Cisco and Nortel switchs, Cisco and Redback routers, Linux and Windows servers, etc.) through statistics collection and alarm management. By using the powerful reporting system of ServicePilot ISM, Hub télécom provides its customers with a customized and comprehensive reporting on service availability and performance with usage statistics.

Improving the proactivity of network operations and measuring the quality of service delivered in a delegated environment
MACSF Groupe, the first mutual insurance company for health professionnals in France, has selected and installed ServicePilot software to manage its distributed LAN & WAN network serving the company's headquarter, its back-up site and 80 local agencies spread over the french territory. The implementation of ServicePilot Technologies solution provides MACSF with a complete and intuitive set of  features to detect and quickly solve  any encountered issue or failure on their network. 
Thanks to ServicePilot, MACSF has a global vision of their real-time network and can monitor at any time, the presence and quality of service delivered by their network operator.

Managing a global IP telephony network spanning 120 worldwide locations
AFP (Agence France-Presse), the world’s oldest news agency, has deployed the ServicePilot solution to manage the performance of its distributed network serving more than 120 voice sites and 1,000 IP phones across the world. The rollout of ServicePilot Technologies’s ToIP solution provides AFP with analysis and troubleshooting features to tackle any issue in a complex environment that plays host to network, telephony and related systems. ServicePilot helps AFP guarantee a highly available ToIP network and optimizes the quality of service provided to its staff worldwide. As a result, AFP can easily put its finger on a failure in Washington well before its local support team even reports for work.
The holistic view, offered by ServicePilot, allows any weak links to be spotted and quickly notified, and to solve, or nip in the bud, potentially sticky issues.

Consolidating multiple modules on a cost efficient single platform
Crédit Agricole Nord de France have replaced the Infovista legacy tool as well as the Netview 6000 platform by ServicePilot to monitor its complex network spanning all local branches (250), to cut down on costs and offer a faster bandwidth leveraging a new transport technology. ServicePilot was rapidly deployed and fully met requirements from all groups of users (helpdesk and network administration team). ServicePilot setup perfectly matched Crédit Agricole expectations by providing customized views for each department, making communication easier between stakeholders and optimizing network administration and monitoring.

Federate monitoring and supervision tools
Aker Yards (previously Alstom Chantiers de l’Atlantique) have replaced a combination of tools (including HP Openview, Patrol Dashboard and Patrol KM) by ServicePilot to supervise and watch over their network performance. Via a unique platform, ServicePilot delivers incident management, performance management, control of service level (SLA) and capacity planning functionalities.

Health

From IP telephony management to the entire information system
Thanks to ServicePilot, Cramif (Caisse Régionale d’Assurance Maladie d’Ile de France, a public health service organization in the greater Paris region) secures all its deployment steps and manages the quality of service and performance of 2,000 VoIP phones. As the solution is simple to use and opened, Cramif decides to extend to the supervision of its entire information system.

Reinforcing the Helpdesk proactivity
With ServicePilot, GIE Atlantica (Crédit Agricole) is capable of measuring the quality of service and detecting incidents on all its network, which represents 1,700 local branches as well as applicative or technical servers. The Helpdesk accesses cartographies, graphics and event tables, in real time or historically, which allow locating the incidents and optimizing the infrastructure dedicated to the applications.
