Application agents:
Log Agent: collects log indicators
Windows Agent: collects all data related to performance and incidents on Windows servers
Web Transaction Agent: analyzes and reports on web server and user activity
Web Agent: measures availability and performance of web application from anywhere on the network
TCP Agent: measures availability and performance of TCP service such as SMTP, FTP, POP3, Exchange, Telnet, …
SQL Agent: checks on SQL request execution and response time, and collects data from SQL database
DNS/DHCP service Agent: measures availability and performance of UDP service such as DNS, DHCP
TDSLink Agent: provides connection details and statistics of the active applications on z/OS mainframe IP stack
Network agents:
Network Latency Agent: measures the response time of a network segment by carrying out TCP/UDP transactions and allows isolating a network incident
IP Route Agent: analyzes IP routes and identifies network response time problems
Ping Response Time: allows doing a Ping on a remote machine, a remote router or a remote switch
NeFlow and sFlow collectors: provide detailed statistics on IP traffic for a router
