ServicePilot Technologies proposes several licenses. The choice of the license depends of the equipment perimeter to supervise:

• ToIP Edition: includes 1,000 managed IP phones and 150 objects with maximum capacity of 1,000 objects

• Lite Edition: includes 500 objects with maximum capacity of 3,000 objects

• Professional Edition: includes 3,000 objects with maximum capacity of 15,000 objects

• Enterprise Edition: includes 10,000 objects with maximum capacity of 60,000 objects

• Service Operation Center Edition: includes 12,000 objects with maximum capacity of 60,000 objects

Complementary object and IP Phone packs are available.

One of the Base license is mandatory.
